UcanACT on Irish Radio!

MEP Kathleen Funchion, who co-hosted the UcanACT final event "Cancer Prevention through Physical Activity - How Can Europe Act?", highlighted the importance of cancer prevention through physical activity in a recent interview with KCLR, Kilkenny and Carlow’s local radio station in Ireland.

 

Speaking on the day of the UcanACT event, MEP Kathleen Funchion shared a policymaker’s perspective on the project, the need for sustainable funding, and the broader challenges in supporting long-term cancer prevention initiatives.
